The day details - I had been watching the field for several days,it was approx 18 acres, so trying to keep the birds coming in to me rather than going else where to feed was my only problem. I set out ten plastic decoys and one magnet, before long they started to come in, they were returning to feed in groups of five and six which made my over and under a bit less than suitable, maybe the bag could have been bigger if i had an outo, however it was a great three hours fun. i used 96 cartriges and had no nets so i spent the day shooting in a bush sitting down, not to comfartable let me tell you!

The day details - I drove along the road watching the flight line. Upwards of 100 pigeon were feeding just about 60 yards from a big ash tree. I used 12 decoys in a semi-cirle and setup my hide under the tree (dark green net) best shooting between 2pm-5pm.

The day details -About 50 pigeons feedin on field when we arrived. Used 6 half body decoys and shot birds.Bagged 28 pigeon, 4 crows, 2 magpie. Both parties shot well on the day!

My opinion Ah it is great to see a report in from the south I was beggining to really wonder if you did pigeon decoying down there! Congrats on getting the magpies :).
