The day details - birds flighting from a large estate to a small beech wood,strong southerly wind.shot the flightline and wheh i had 50 birds shot i set them out on the grass field at the edge of the wood,birds began to decoy steadily,giving me a wide range of shots,40yard plus flighting birds,birds over decoys,crossers,you name it.I fired 275 ounce loads for 200 birds picked,a fantastic days sport.
